With the rapid development of science and technology, digitalization and intelligence have become the key forces to promote the transformation and upgrading of all walks of life. Under the background of global climate change and increasingly serious environmental problems, traditional environmental monitoring methods have been difficult to meet the needs of rapid, accurate and comprehensive access to environmental information. The Ministry of Ecology and Environment today (15th) issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment of a Modern Ecological Environment Monitoring System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"). In the next five years, my country will accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of ecological environment monitoring and innovate monitoring methods., Implement four major monitoring capacity building projects. By 2035, a modern ecological environment monitoring system will be basically completed.
 


 

  In terms of digital intelligence transformation, Artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things and other new technologies that meet the development requirements of new quality productivity have been fully applied, the intelligent transformation of environmental quality monitoring network has been basically completed, a new generation of monitoring technology system adapted to digitalization has been basically established, monitoring data collection, Transmission, processing, analysis and application support have basically realized the whole chain process and intelligence, and intelligent monitoring has been fully promoted.
 

  In terms of data qualityThe whole process quality management system of "man-machine material law environmental measurement" covering all monitoring activities has been basically established. Advanced monitoring technologies and equipment, such as satellite remote sensing and unmanned aerial vehicle inspection, have been introduced. The national environmental quality monitoring data are true, accurate and fully guaranteed. The quality management system of newly expanded business areas has been established simultaneously, and the falsification of self-monitoring data of pollutant discharge units has been effectively curbed.
 

  In terms of basic capacity, the implementation of the sky-ground-sea integrated monitoring network, monitoring scientific and technological innovation, strong grass-roots complement board, monitoring personnel training and other four major capacity-building projects, in about five years, in key areas to build a number of integrated monitoring demonstration areas, the launch of about 100 monitoring of modern cities and counties excellent cases, to complete the monitoring of technical personnel rotation training.
 

According to the newly released Opinions, the transformation of digital intelligence is expected to bring a series of positive results.
