Brief description of job responsibilities:

2, participate in engineering construction, material accounting and project bidding, cost accounting.

Professional quality requirements (relevant experience and skill requirements):

1, engineering cost and related professional college degree or above.

2, familiar with the national laws and regulations and related engineering cost management regulations, proficient in the professional theoretical knowledge, familiar with engineering drawings.

3, understand the construction process, general construction methods, engineering quality standards and safety technical knowledge.

4, understand the common building materials, components, products and common mechanical equipment.

6, familiar with the engineering quantity calculation rules, master the calculation skills.

10, holding a professional title certificate (electrical, communications, automation professional), cost staff qualification or registered cost engineer qualification is preferred.
