Project Manager


Responsibilities:

1, with good project planning, demand control, organization and implementation, progress control, risk management ability;

2, responsible for the internal coordination of the project team, including project demand configuration and coordination, equipment selection, progress coordination, quality control, cost control and personnel coordination;

3. Responsible for the coordination between the project team and other departments within the company;

4, can prepare all kinds of construction and maintenance plans for the operation of the department, draw all kinds of drawings, and master the relevant design basis, construction technology and acceptance standards and specifications;

5. Be responsible for coordinating and organizing various meetings of the project team, regularly reporting on the implementation of the project, communicating with customers on behalf of the company, and participating in the performance evaluation of project members;

6. Daily management of the project, coordinate and solve other problems within the project team;

7, do a good job of safety education and technical disclosure work;

8, assist the customer manager, department manager to do a good job of daily inspection, strict quality control;

9, the completion of the project management, timely submission of project files, to assist the project team to do a good job of project acceptance;

10, complete the leadership of other work.
 

Requirements:

1. Computer, automation, electronics, communications and other related professional graduate, college degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant work experience;

2, familiar with the various subsystems of intelligent buildings, such as: monitoring, alarm, integrated wiring and other systems, with equipment installation and debugging and troubleshooting experience, with construction capabilities and construction site management experience;

3, familiar with weak current system design and equipment, material selection (including specifications, technical parameters, etc.), independent scheme comparison, optimization design and other work;

4, can guide the site construction personnel to install equipment, check the installation quality, grasp the construction progress;

5, with the project overall arrangement and coordination ability, good at dealing with the relationship between the parties in the project;

6. Outgoing personality, service consciousness, strong work initiative, sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal communication skills and adaptability;

7, can adapt to overtime or short-term business trips, have the spirit of hardship;

8, skilled use of CAD drawing tools, can independently complete the drawing deepening design, technical scheme and construction organization scheme preparation;

9. Holding professional title certificate (major in electrical, communication and automation) and secondary construction engineer certificate (mechanical and electrical direction) are preferred.
