General Manager Assistant

Job Description:

1, assist the general manager to deal with the coordination and communication of counterpart related affairs, relationship maintenance and information docking;

2, assist the general manager to deal with the government, industry, foreign affairs of public relations, and related information disclosure;

3. Assist the general manager to participate in the negotiation of transactional projects, collect business information of related industries, and provide basis and analysis opinions;

4, write mail, official documents, reports and other documents; President issued documents management, document information upload and release work;

5, deal with the general manager's office telephone, mail, fax and other channels of information, to achieve reasonable filtering and correct transmission; Be responsible for the reception of relevant visitors and act as an interpreter when necessary;

6, assist the general manager to arrange daily work schedule, travel arrangements, etc., arrange business meetings and make meeting records.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience, education industry is preferred;

2. Have good business etiquette quality, dignified and decent image, good comprehensive quality, strong language expression ability;

3. Have good communication, coordination and public relations ability, be able to organize, plan and arrange relevant meetings, and be able to accurately record and organize meetings;

4, have good copywriting ability, participate in foreign business and outreach work communication.
